How accessible this website is, what does not work well yet, and how to ask for something another way.
Our aim
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard only, voice control, magnification or a small phone. In your account settings you can make text larger, reduce movement and choose a light or dark theme.
What does not work well yet
A review in September 2026 found problems we are working through. Some buttons and fields are not yet named for screen readers, some animations do not yet follow the reduce-movement setting, and signing documents needs a drawn signature. We update this page as each is fixed.
Asking for another format or for help
If you cannot use part of this website, tell us what you need. We can talk you through a form, accept an application on paper, or send information in another format. Our contact details are on the [Help page](/help/).
Reporting a problem
Tell us about any accessibility problem you meet, using the address on the [Help page](/help/). We aim to reply within five working days.
